HAMBURGER-VEGETABLE SOUP

List of Ingredients
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 qt. tomato juice
1 qt. water
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can green beans, drained
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. rice
Garlic or celery salt
Recipe
Saute onion in butter; add hamburger to brown. Drain off fat. Add juices and vegetables and boil until tender. Add rice and cook 20 minutes longer. Add seasonings to taste. May add other vegetables as desired.
