    LISA'S POTATO SOUP

    List of Ingredients

    8 potatoes
    Water (to cover potatoes)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 onion, diced
    1 can creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can canned milk
    Salt

    Recipe

    Peel potatoes, cube, and place in large saucepan. Add water to just cover potatoes. Add bouillon cubes and diced onion. Cook until potatoes are doen. Add creamed corn, parsley, and canned milk. Make a paste with corn starch and water to thicken. Salt to taste.
