    ROBUST GREEN CHILI STEW

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1 (16 oz) can white hominy (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    3 c. water
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 c. chopped green chili
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    Salt to taste

    Recipe

    Brown beef and pork together; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 4 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 to 5 quarts.
