    GARLIC GINGER BROCCOLI

    List of Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ginger powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 onion, thin sliced

    Recipe

    Slice broccoli and onion 1/4 inch thick (oriental style). Heat oil well in wok or heavy skillet. Quickly add garlic, ginger, and sugar (mixed) all at once and toast in oil until light brown. Add broccoli and onion and cook until desired. Add soy sauce to deglaze the bottom of the pan and make light sauce.
