    2 lb. all purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil or veg. oil
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion soup mix

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450.

    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag. Shake.
    In a 13 x 9" baking or roasting pan, arrange potatoes; discard bag. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
