RIGATONI CARBONARA (PASTA DISH)

3/4 pound rigatoni
2/3 cup half and half
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs chopped parsley
6 tbs grated ParmesanRecipe
Cook rigatoni following package directions. Drain. In saucepan, heat and whisk half and half and yolks, remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg. Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat. Add garlic and bacon, cook 3 min.
Stir in egg mixture, then pasta. Remove from heat. Add parsley, cover, let stand 2 min. Stir, top with cheese.*
