    List of Ingredients


    • 1 About 4 Pounds Boneless Chuck Roast
    • 1 Large Onion -- Thinly sliced & rings seperated
    • Ed's BBQ Sauce
    • 1 cup Ketchup
    • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
    • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2-4 Tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
    • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
    • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
    • 1/4 Cup Light Molasses
    • 24 Hamburger or Hard Rolls Split them, or slice them open if you did not buy them already split.


    Instructions


    1. Cut Roast in half;
    2. Place in a slow cooker,

    3. Top with onion.
    4. Combine the next 8 ingredients; Pour over roast.

    5. Cover and Cook on Low for 8 to 9 Hours or until the meat is tender.
    6. Remove Roast and Cool slightly;

    7. Shred Meat with 2 forks.
    8. Skim fat from cooking liquid.

    9. Return meat to slow cooker; Heat through.

    10. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/3 cup meat mixture on each bun.
