    1 cups low-fat milk
    4 Large Eggs
    1/3 Cup sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    12 slices cinnamon-raisin bread -- Crust discarded cut into 1 inch squares

    1 apple sliced and cut into 1 / 2 inch squares

    preheat oven to 350° spray a 1-1/2 quart shallow baking dish with non-stick spary
    combine milk eggs sugar vanilla cinnamon nutmeg in a krge bowl ;whisk until blended . add bread & apple.
    let the mixture stand about 10 min.
    pour into baking dish
    bake until putting knife in center comes out clean 25-30 minutes
    remove from oven serve cold
