    1/3 cup Pitted prunes

    Recipe




    Put the Prunes in a small saucepan and -- and simmer gently until the prunes are plump and tender, about 30 minutes.

    Cool.

    add water to cover. Place over low heat

    Place in a food processor and process until smooth.
