Baked Rigatoni With Beef

4 cups tomato sauce
1 pound ground beef
4 cups cooked Rigatoni
1 1/2 cups shredded part skim Mozzerllra ( 6 0z) cheese,
divided
Cooking spray
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan -- ( 1 oz ) Cheese

1.) Prepare the Tomato Sauce
2.) Preheat oven to 350° 3.) Cook beef in large nonstick skillet over medium - high heat until browned; Stir to crumble. Drain well. 4.)Combine beef, Rigatoni, Tomato Sauce, and 1 cup Mozzarella in an 11 by 7 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. 5.) Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield 8 cups, ( serving size: 1 cup) Weight Watcher Points = 6 points
