List of Ingredients
2 teaspoons margarine -- divided
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1 small garlic clove -- minced
1 cup cooked noodles
1/4 cup sour cream -- light o.k.
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
dash of Salt and Pepper
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
In 8 inch non-stick skillet melt 1 teaspoon margarine.
add mushrooms and garlic and saute over high heat stirring frequently until mushrooms are lightly browned - 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to medium mixing bowl
add remaining ingredients except cheese and stir well to thoroughly combine.
serve with cheese on the table to be added if desired.
NOTES : Cook noodles according to package directions.
