5 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
1 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Basil -- fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Add the vinegar and garlic to a food processor bowl. With the processor running, S-L-O-W-L-Y trickle in the olive oil.
Add the basil and pulse a few times. Adjust the
seasonings.
Use immediately or refrigerate.
