    Light and summery dressing that can and should be used with a summer salad: A summer salad has lettuce, Fruit, and small diced cheese. A good idea if you would like is to use it to coat a mixture of 2 C. Honeydew balls; 1/2 C ea of seedless red and green grapes halved. However, for low carbs make a summer salad.

    List of Ingredients





    1 Tablespoon light olive oil
    1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon Grated lime rind
    1 1/2 teaspoons Lime Juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons Honey

    Recipe



    Combine oil, vinegar, Lime rind, Lime juice, and honey in a small bowl; stir with a wire wisk until blended.

    You can chill the dressing and use it on a summer salad.
