2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cups sliced carrot
1 teaspoon minced fresh Ginger root
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, -- toasted, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon minced Fresh Garlic
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet.
add Carrots and ginger;
Saute over medium heat about 5 minutes
add sesaame seeds, salt, and garlic.
Cover abd saute over low heat - stirring occasionally - until carrots are tender yet crisp.
