Heart Goulash

List of Ingredients
- 1 C chopped heart
- 1 C chopped, cooked pork
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 T fat
- 1 C water
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 C diced carrots
- 1/2 C diced tomatoes
- 1 C diced celery
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 T cold water
- 2 T flour
- 2 1/2 C cooked rice or noodles
Instructions
- Brown heart, pork and onion in fat. Add water, salt, carrot and celery. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and sour cream. Mix water and flour to a smooth paste and add. Cook slowly until thickened. Serve with rice or noodles.
