List of Ingredients
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon celery seed
1 Tablespoon salt
7 cups sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
1 cup thinly sliced onion
Recipe
Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt. Refrigerate until cold.
Combine vinegar mixture with cucumbers and onion. Let stand, covered, overnight at room temperature.
Store in jars in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
Yield:
