    Springtime Pasta Salad

    Recipe Introduction

    I have made this several times and it is yummy! I usually double this for family gatherings. I'm sure the vegetables could be changed to suit your tastes.

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups spiral pasta -- uncooked
    1 medium zucchini -- cubed
    1 small can black olives -- drained
    1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 cup minced red onion

    Dressing:
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 1/4 teaspoons dill weed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

    Recipe

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.

    Place in a large bowl. Add zucchini, olives, red pepper and onion.

    Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for atleast 2 hours.
