LOW-FAT PIE CRUST

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups flour -- approximately
Recipe
In bowl, mix oil, boiling water, salt and milk. Add flour to make a soft dough. It will appear soft and greasy. Divide dough in half and roll each half out between wax paper. Put the crust in the pie pan by picking it up with the bottom piece of wax paper and turning into the pie pan. Roll out second half and place it on the pie filling the same way.
Bake according to directions for pie.
Yield: 1 double crust
