Blue Cheese Ball
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 ounces blue cheese (Maytag preferred)
1 teaspoon sour cream, more if necessary
1 teaspoon mayonnaise, more if necessary
1/3 cup pecans, chopped very fineRecipe
Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together.
Add some sour cream or mayonnaise to make it smoother and easier to spread.
Chill, divide into 2 small balls, and roll each ball in pecans.
