    Perky Pineapple Cheese Ball


    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
    1/4-1/2 cup chopped fresh onion (depending on taste)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together to form a ball.

    If stiff, use juice from pineapple.

    Roll in chopped pecans and (or) walnuts.

    Serve with party crackers
