    Ranch Style Cheese Ball


    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tablespoon dairy sour cream
    1 (0.4 ounce) envelope ranch style salad dressing mix
    1 (2 ounce) jar pimento, drained and diced
    Chopped walnuts, pecans or snipped fresh parsley

    Recipe




    Blend all ingredients together except nuts or parsley until smooth and well mixed.

    Cover and chill 1 hour.

    Shape into 2 balls or log style.

    Roll in chopped nuts or parsley.
