    Zippy Bleu Cheese Ball


    2 2 ounce packages bleu cheese
    1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
    1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
    1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
    parsley

    Recipe




    Combine cheeses and mix until well blended.

    Add onion powder, green pepper and pimientos.

    Mix together well.

    Chill until firm enough to handle.

    Shape mixture in to a ball and coat with walnuts.

    Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.

    Yield 1 12 ounce cheese ball
