Cheesy Bean Dip
. 2 (15-ounce) cans refried beans
. 2 cups (one 8-ounce package) shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar
cheese
. 3 tablespoons TABASCO Sauce
. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
. 1 teaspoon chili powder
. 1 cup chopped green onionRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir just
until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Makes 4 cups.
