Hot Artichoke Dip
2 - 14 oz. can Artichokes (Drained & Chopped)
1 - 4 oz. Can Chopped Green Chilis
1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 cup Mayonnaise
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Chopped Parsley
Recipe
Combine the artichokes, green chilis, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 1 - quart baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs and parsley.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Serve with assorted crackers.
