    Microwave Caramel Corn


    6 quarts unbuttered unsalted popcorn, popped
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe




    Place pop corn in very large bowl, set aside. Place butter in 2 quart glass bowl. Cover with paper
    towel.

    Microwave on medium high (70%) 30 to 40 seconds or until butter is melted. Remove from oven and add condensed milk, syrup and sugars.

    Stir well with wooden spoon. Microwave on high (100%)
    for 7 minutes, stirring several times. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
