Micro-Roasted Potatoes
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic glove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon browning sauce
4 med. potatoes cut length wise into 6 wedges
pepper to taste Recipe
In a microwave safe dish, ungreased 11" x 7" x 2".
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds or until garlic is soft.
Stir in browning sauce.
Add potatoes and pepper.
Stir to coat well.
Cover and microwave on high for 13 to 16 minutes.
Stir and turn a couple of times.
