    Sausage Stuffing


    * 1 lb sausage
    * 2 large onions, chopped
    * 8-12 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
    * 3 stalks celery, chopped
    * 1/2 cup butter
    * 1 can water chestnut, chopped
    * 2 eggs, beaten
    * 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
    * 1 lb herbed prepared stuffing

    Recipe




    Brown sausage in large pot.

    Drain Combine onion, mushrooms, celery and butter in a microwave safe bowl.

    Microwave 3 minutes.

    Add to sausage.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Stuff turkey or bake 45 minutes to an hour.
