Meatloaf with Tomato Topping
2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (or Soy or Teriyaki which ever you
have)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or Soy or Teriyaki) Recipe
Mix all ingredients for Meatloaf together put in pan.
Spread ½ of sauce on top bake on 350º for 1 hr.
After 1 hr drain fat of meatloaf if needed.
Spread remaining sauce on top cook for an addition 10 or 15
mins
