Mexican Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
10 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
3 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
Mix together beef, tomoates and green chilies, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes and salt.
Shape into loaf and place in shallow pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
