    Easy meatloaf and so yummy!

    List of Ingredients




    Tomato Soup Meatloaf


    2 lbs. ground chuck
    2 eggs
    1 large chopped onion
    1/3 cup instant oatmeal
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz) can tomato soup
    4 large red-skined potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

    Recipe




    Mix meat, eggs, oats, 1/2 of the chopped onions, Worcestershire and 1/2 can of the soup.

    Mix together with the seasoned salt and pepper and then form into a loaf.

    Place potatoes, that have been scrubbed, but not peeled, the carrots and the onions around the meatloaf.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    Let rest around 10 minutes before slicing.

    Very moist and the veggies are so good with the meatloaf.
