    Triple Hump Loaf
    1 1/4 cups water
    2 tablespoons milk
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    16 ounces (3 2/3 cups) unbleached white bread flour
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    Flour for finishing

    Put the dough ingredients in the bread pan of the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle of your bread machine and press start. When the dough cycle has finished remove the dough from the machine. Divide the dough into three equal sections. Shape each section into a smooth oval. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or shortening. Put the three pieces of dough side by side in the pan.. Sprinkle 1 TBS. flour over the top. Allow the bread to rise until it is almost flush with the top of the pan, about 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. When the bread has risen place in oven and reduce temp to 400 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 min. or until the crust is golden brown. Let it cool 5 min. in the pan before removing. Cool well before slicing.
