    I make these every year and put them on my cookie and candy trays.

    List of Ingredients




    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecans

    Recipe



    Beat egg white to soft peaks; gradually add sugar and vanilla.

    Fold in pecans and mix well.

    Place well coated pecans one inch apart on a large buttered or sprayed cookie sheet.

    Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 30 minutes.

    Store in a tight container or freezer.
