Yum Yum Casserole
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, diced
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
2 T. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/2 c. chinese noodles
Brown hamburger and onion; add celery. Mix in soups, water, rice, soy sauce and bean sprouts. Top with chinese noodles.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
