Fresh Peach Pie

I make many of these for friends and our family when we have fresh ripe peaches in summer.
List of Ingredients
1 c. sugar
3 T. corn starch
12 oz. can of 7-up
1 package of peach jello
5 fresh peaches, sliced
Cool Whip for topping
1 purchased graham cracker pie shellRecipe
Place sliced peaches in a graham cracker pie shell.
Mix together filling ingredients and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Mixture will be thick. I use a 1 quart measuring cup as mixture will overflow when it comes to a boil if dish is too small.
Cool 10 minutes.
Pour filling over fresh peaches. Chill 3 hours or overnite. Pie will keep for several days if it lasts that long.
Sometimes I put 1/2 cup of blueberries in with the peaches.
Top with a dollop of cool whip when serving.
