    Peaches and Cream Pie

    1 Graham cracker crust
    6 large fully ripe peaches
    1 8 oz. package cream cheese
    1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Line the pie crust with half of the sliced peaches.
    Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk
    with the lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.
    Pour over the peaches. Top with remaining peaches.
    Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for 4 to 6 hours before serving.
