Roasted red potatoes
2 lbs of baby red potatoes
olive oil
fresh or dried rosemary
chopped fresh garlic
black pepper
Wash and scrub little potatoes and remove eyes.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with rosemary.
Add lots of fresh garlic and black pepper
Bake at 375- 400; stirring occasionally until potatoes are browned.
I usually peel a strip around the potato to make them look attractive.
Add parsley for color.
