    2 c sugar
    3/4 c shortening
    2 1/2 c flour
    1 tbsp vanilla
    2 c grated zucchini
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1/2 c cocoa
    1/2 c milk

    Recipe



    Beat eggs untill foamy add sugar, shortening, vanilla, and milk. Then add all dry ingredients. Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan. Bake 60 min on 350 degrees.
