Seafood- Bacon Crab Meat Rolls

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 egg, well-beaten
1 cup flaked crab meat, drained
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Bacon slices, cut into halves
Recipe
Combine the tomatoes and egg in a bowl and mix well. Add the crab meat, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Roll the mixture into 2-inch logs. Wrap each log with half a slice of bacon. Place on a rack in a broiler pan. Broil 5 inches from the heat source for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Serves 4.
