Balls- Manhattan Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Sauce:
10 ounce jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Recipe
In mixing bowl bowl combine pork, beef, onions, parsley, salt and eggs. Mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. Place in a lightly greased baking dish. Mix apricot preserves and barbecue sauce together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until nicely browned. May be served in a chafing dish.
