1 (15-ounce) can chick-peas, drained
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Recipe
Position knife blade in food processor; add all ingredients, and process until smooth. Yield 2 cups.
