Dip- Spinach Dip with Feta and Garlic

3/4 cup sour cream (regular or light)
3/4 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated zest from 1 lemon
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly squeezed dry

In bowl of food processor, process sour cream, mayonnaise, feta cheese, garlic, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy, scaraping down sides of bowl once or twice. Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl; stir in spinach. Season to taste with pepper. Chill until flavors meld, about 1 hour. (Dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
