Nuts- Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano or dried mint flakesRecipe
Toss together pumpkin seeds and oil. Place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes or until crisp and browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container. Yield: 1 cup.
