Quiche- Green Chile Pie

Yields 50 pieces
3 (4-ounces each) cans chopped green chiles
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups milk
4 eggs, barely beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
1 cup Bisquick
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 15-by-11-by-2-inch jellyroll pan. Spread chiles on bottom of pan and sprinkle cheese over them. Combine the rest of the ingredients and spread over chiles and cheese. Bake for about 1 hour. Cut into appetizer-sized servings. Good hot or cold. Sprinkle top with finely chopped jalapeños, if desired.
