Spread- Aunt Grace's Smoked Trout Mousse

List of Ingredients
1 small smoked trout, skinned and fileted
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 small onion, grated, with juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of WorcestershireRecipe
Place all ingredients in mixer and mix until smooth. Let refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serves as a spread for rye crackers or whole wheat toast. Will keep for several days.
