Spread- Greek Artichoke Spread

List of Ingredients
1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ozs. crumbled feta cheese
3 ozs. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1 tsp. dried mint
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients. Place in a small casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray and refrigerate overnight.
2. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers
