Broccoli- Italian Broccoli Casserole

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 (11-ounce) can condensed Cheddar soup, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon dried whole Oregano
1 (8-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain well.
Combine next 3 ingredients; mix well. Stir in broccoli and tomatoes. Spoon mixture into a greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
