1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried
1 pound fresh broccoli

1. In medium saucepan, melt butter or heat oil. Add walnuts and saute until lightly toasted. Add chevre, cream, basil, parsley, chives, and oregano. Stir until thoroughly mixed and cheese is melted. Keep warm.
2. Wash broccoli, trim ends, and cut into spears. Steam 10 minutes until fork tender. Arrange spears on serving plate. Pour walnut-chevre sauce over broccoli or any in-season vegetable. Serve hot. Sprinkle with oregano. Makes 6 servings.
