Mushrooms in Vermouth

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 cup dry vermouthRecipe
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter 4 minutes. Set aside. Combine cornstartch and brown sugar; stir in soy sauce and vermouth. Add vermouth mixture to mushroom mixture, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Serve with grilled meat. Yield 4 servings.
