Party Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork sausage
1 pound cooked ham, chopped fine
2 cups cracker crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 t. salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1 t. mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup raisins(golden are good) you can leave out raisins if you aren't fond of them.
Recipe
Combine:sausage,ham,cracker crumbs,eggs,milk and salt. Mix well. Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.
Combine: brown sugar,mustard,vinegar,hot water and raisins.Pour over sausage balls and bake for another 40 minutes.Stir meatballs once during this second baking time.
These actually taste better if you make ahead and just heat them through before serving.
