    List of Ingredients


    • 2 T. salad oil
    • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 cups pecans halves
    • salt
    • 2 dashes Tabasco


    Instructions


    1. Combine salad oil,Worcestershire sauce,Tabasco and pecans in a shallow baking dish.
    2. Roast pecans in a slow oven at 275 degrees for 30 minutes,stirring often.
    3. Drain pecans on paper towels and sprinkle generously with salt.
